Setup

Our state-of-the-art industrial setups are located at 4 places in Gujarat, India.  equipped with cutting-edge technical infrastructure and advanced manufacturing facilities. This modern infrastructure enables us to deliver high-quality products with precision and efficiency. In addition to our manufacturing plant in Anand, we have production facilities in UAE, Mozambique, Sudan, and Ethiopia, allowing us to serve a diverse and expansive global market.

SP Flexibags SL also boasts sister subsidiaries across key regions, including USA, UAE, Mozambique, Sudan, and Ethiopia and South Africa as well, further strengthening our global presence and ensuring a seamless supply chain and market reach.

We are always in a process to adapt with new technology. At present, we are equipped with 4 advance Tape Plants, 265 Circular Looms (LOHIA-STARLINGER), 2 Looms for Jumbo bag (Cirwind), 1 Babylofil Multi Filament Plant (LOHIA), 3 lamination plants (Including BSW-Germany), 1 Windmoller & Holscher Convertex Machine (Germany), 5 Roto Gravure printing machine units, 1 FIBC Stereo Printing machine, 3 Flexo Printing Machines, 5 Innova bag finishing machines, Back Seam machine (Galaxy), On line Gusset making and cutting machines, Needle loom Piping Machine etc.
Very soon our production strength will be increased with the addition of some more related machineries like 1 Cement Bag Multi Colour Printing Machine (JP), 3 Layers Poly Extrusion Plant (KABRA), 1 more Windmoller & Holscher Convertex Machine (Germany) etc. to fulfil the requirements of our valuable customers domestically as well as abroad.
